The staff of Haven asks for your assistance during this period.
Please bring your patience and any questions when you visit. We will be doing our best to provide you with the level of service you expect.
For everyone’s safety, we ask that you please stay in your vehicle. Only patients that are in a vehicle will be assisted. No foot traffic will be allowed in the parking lot.
If possible, place your order online prior to arrival. If you have placed an order before and have difficulty, sometimes it is because you are trying to create another account. Have a question about an item? No problem, please wait until you are onsite to ask a staff member. We will be happy to add to your order.
All sales will be final – No returns or exchanges will be allowed during this time.
Please visit an ATM prior to arriving on site. No onsite ATM during this period. Building access is for staff only.
After 5pm only vehicles with a confirmation that their order is ready for pick up will be allowed. If you require assistance, please arrive prior to 5pm.
We will not be taking first time/new patients after 5pm.

New to our store?
Please fill out new patient paperwork and alert staff upon arrival. There will be a designated parking area for your first visit. If you are familiar with what products you would like to purchase ahead of time, please feel free to place an online order prior to arrival.
